This explains what Romio Group LLC collects at onepromptreels.com, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we collect what we need to sell you the skill and deliver it, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

Your email, when you enter it before checkout or to be told when checkout opens.
Order details from Stripe: your email, the amount, and the payment status. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store card numbers.
Done-for-you applications: the name, email, handle, niche and budget range you type in.
A one-way hash of your IP address, so we can stop form spam and abuse. We can't turn it back into your IP.
Basic usage data: our host keeps standard server logs, and on our live site the Meta Pixel records page views, checkout starts and purchases so we can measure our ads.

What we use it for

To send your receipt, license key and download links.
If you start checkout and don't finish, up to three reminder emails. Each has a one-click unsubscribe.
After you buy, one email two days later to help you make your first reel.
To reply to you, handle refunds and prevent fraud.
To review done-for-you applications and get back to you.

Who handles it for us

Stripe (payments)
Resend (email delivery)
Vercel (hosting and file storage)
Our database host (orders, leads and applications)
Meta (ad measurement through the Meta Pixel)
Calendly (if you book a call)

Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Cookies

The site itself works without cookies. The Meta Pixel sets cookies on our live site to measure ads. You can block them in your browser settings or with an ad blocker, and you can control ad personalization in your Meta account settings.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for tax and accounting. Leads that never bought, and applications that went nowhere, are deleted when they're no longer useful, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@onepromptreels.com and we'll do it within 30 days.

Children

The site and the skill are not meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
