Refund policy

7 days, full refund. If One Prompt Reels doesn't do what our page says, email hello@onepromptreels.com from the address you bought with, within 7 days of your purchase. We refund the full price.

How it works

• One email is enough. No forms, and you don't have to explain why.
• The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• Once refunded, your download links and license key stop working.
• After 7 days, sales are final, except where the law gives you more rights.

Costs from other services

We refund what you paid us. Anything you paid to other services along the way, such as an ElevenLabs plan or your coding agent's subscription, is between you and them.
