These terms cover buying and using One Prompt Reels (the "skill"), sold by Romio Group LLC ("we", "us") at onepromptreels.com. By buying, you agree to them.
What you're buying
A one-time digital download: a folder of instructions, code and guides that a coding agent (Claude Code, Cursor or Codex) uses to make short vertical videos. It runs on your own computer. There is no hosted service and no subscription.
Your license
- You can use the skill to make videos for yourself, your business and your clients, including paid client work.
- You can change the code and the instructions for your own use.
- You can't resell, share, publish or give away the skill or any part of it, or use it to build a product that competes with it.
- One purchase is one license for one person or one business.
Other tools you'll use
The skill relies on services and software we don't own: your coding agent, ElevenLabs for voice, Remotion for rendering, Node.js and others. Each has its own terms, plans and costs, and you're responsible for following them. In particular, ElevenLabs' free plan doesn't include a commercial license, and Remotion requires a company license for teams of four or more.
What you publish
You're responsible for the videos you make and post: the facts in them, the music and images you add, and following each platform's rules, including their labels for AI-generated content. Don't use the skill to make content that is illegal, deceptive or that infringes someone else's rights.
No promised results
The skill makes videos. We don't promise views, followers, sales or income. See the earnings disclaimer.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 7 days of buying. See the refund policy.
Updates
We may release fixes and improvements. We're not obliged to, and we may change or stop selling the skill at any time. That doesn't affect a copy you've already bought.
Warranty and liability
The skill is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you bought applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
